Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation for the body mind and spirit. . The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words, Rei meaning "spiritual guided" and Ki meaning, "life force energy".

This energy is directed during a Reiki session in order to help your body restore energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unrelieved stress.

In this session hands will be lightly placed on the body in different positions to bring reiki energy to tired, fatigued muscles and or blocked energy. Unlike traditional massage, you will not need to undress, as reiki is done fully clothed. Reiki is also an excellent option for someone who is more modest or new to massage.

This facial is infused with Reiki, from beginning to end. Everything used in this treatment has been infused with reiki. From the towels to the bed linens,

With this infusion of reiki, your facial treatment will be one of ultra relaxation, deep healing and bliss.

Sometimes you are unable to come in for

a treatment, however that doesn't mean the treatment isn't needed. This is where distance reiki comes in.

In a distance reiki session, I will set up a reiki grid that will act as a conduit to send you reiki, no matter where you are in the world. For a single 40 minute session, you tell me what time you would like to receive it and I shall set the grid accordingly.

If you need a longer session, the reiki grid can be set at different days and times thru out the week to bring peace and balance back into your body.
